Our aim is to make it as simple as possible for you to get your job done. Our wide range of stocked products means we can provide a 'one-stop-shop' for all your needs. But, with over 10 million individual fasteners in stock, we've got our work cut out.
So... how do we do it?
Well, we have a really simple formula... Right Product, Right Time, Right Price. We don't look at what makes it simple for us, we adapt to our customers’ needs. If you think that we can make it easier for you in any way just speak to us and we'll do our best to find the right solution.
Right Product
We work hard to make sure that you, our valued customers, get the products that you asked for. We do this by maintaining stock of the right range of products, and providing the information you need to match our products to your requirements. Whatever product you do choose… we go out of our way to deliver.
Right Time
Having grown our business in the demanding environment of the North Sea Oil& Gas sector, we also understand the need for a fast turnaround. Our highly sophisticated computer system with integrated stock forecasting, allows us to maintain the optimum stock levels to meet our customers' needs. Our strong network of manufacturers and stockists provide the reliable backup we need fornon-stock/out-of-stock items.
Right Price
Like true canny Scotsmen, we always look to get good value for our money; likewise, keeping our prices low and providing our customers with value for their money are a high priority for us. Decisions on which brands to stock are, therefore, based on our 'value' concept; the range of products and features, level of technical backup available, manufacturing and stocking abilities, future developments and innovations, and price. Simple!
A Friendly Service
At GF we genuinely care about our customers and always try to provide a polite and friendly service; to be honest, most of our staff love a good chat. We sometimes make mistakes but we strive to always find a solution even in the most challenging situations… and that’s what sets us apart.

Always here to help… Our experienced staff are keen to help you with any technical query you have including technical drawings, non-standards and exotic materials.

Trade Shop
Our trade shop in Dyce offers you the convenience of one-stop shopping with an extensive range of tools and consumables available for immediate collection. We can also take you round our warehouse to see our core range of fasteners.
Our trade shop is open Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) and Saturday (8am - 12am).
You may choose to order online or over the telephone to ensure that your goods are ready when you come to collect. Click here for contact details.
A FREE DELIVERY service is available for orders made over £100, except for certain bulky items. Carriage may be charged at the discretion of Grampian Fasteners on orders under £100, dependant on the size and weight of the goods ordered. For more information please see our Delivery Policy.
