Do I need to register to buy online?

Yes. In order to assist in combating fraud, you have to register your details with a valid email address. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to purchase goods from this website. Return to top

No. We only sell goods within the UK at the moment. Return to top

I am in the Channel Islands. Can I buy from you?

Yes. If you reside within the Channel Islands, you can buy goods from this website. However, due to limitations with this website, you will be charged VAT at standard UK rates. Return to top

Where can my goods be delivered to?

In order to combat credit card fraud, your goods can only be delivered to the billing address of your credit/debit card. Return to top

How much does it cost me to have my goods delivered?

Orders over £100 are delivered FREE. Orders unders £100 are charged £7.50. Return to top

How will my goods be delivered?

Your goods will be normally be delivered by Lynx. However, if you live within our local area, we may deliver the goods in our own transport or by Mac's Express in the North East of Scotland. Return to top

When will I receive my goods?

You will normally receive your goods within 7 days of placing your order. If there are likely to be any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Return to top

I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I buy from you?

Yes. There are the further options that are open to you... You can also pay for goods by cheque. Your goods will be despatched once your cheque has been cleared. If your company has an account with Grampian Fasteners, you can submit your order to be invoiced. You will have to contact us to have this facility approved. When am I charged for my goods?
