Threadlocking
Henkel Loctite Threadlocking products secure any threaded fastener against vibration and shock loads. Applied as easy-flowing liquids which fill the gaps between mating threads, they cure into a strong, insoluble plastic. The joints formed are shock, leak, corrosion and vibration-proof, yet, provided the correct grade is chosen, can be easily undone with hand tools.
Liquid threadlockers are available in a variety of strengths to fit all of your applications. Most assemblies can be easily dismantled with standard hand tools, or by the application of heat. Cost savings are a major advantage: Mechanical threadlocking devices can cost three to four times more than liquid alternatives.
