Threadsealing

Loctite thread sealing products provide an instant, low-pressure seal for all types of pipe connections. They do not cure until the pipes are assembled (Does not apply to Loctite 5331/55) and produce a clean seal which resists corrosion, vibration and shock loads. When fully cured, they seal to the burst strength of most piping systems. Advantages • Replaces hemp, tapes and pastes • Complete contact between metal threads - provides a 100% seal • Will not creep, shrink or block systems (including filters) by shredding • Excess sealant is easily flushed away (Does not apply to Loctite 5331/55) • Single part - clean and easy to apply • Disassembly can be achieved easily with normal tools
