Customer Care Team

The customer care team is office based and deals with all quote and order requests received. The primary focus of the team is to deliver exceptional customer service - ensuring that enquiries are responded to and orders are delivered accurately and timely. Part of the role also involves visiting our customers to understand their individual requirements and then tailoring our service to meet those needs.

At Grampian Fasteners we offer a huge range of products. In order to provide the service that customers expect, you will learn about our product range. A motivation for self-learning is essential. Some existing technical or product knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.

Job Title Customer Care Adviser

Location Dyce, Aberdeen

Salary £18k - 20k per annum

Hours 40 hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Prefered Skills Driving Licence preferable.

Required Skills

An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills are required.
