We are currently open for emergency work.
Some of the work we do supports industries that are battling the Coronavirus. We also provide goods which are essential for the safe operation of other industries, particularly in the energy sector. We are there to support these needs but we’re unable to determine if they are essential or not. We are asking our customers to only order goods if they deem them to be essential. The more people we require to keep operating, the more people we put at risk.
How we’ve changed
Our Customer Care team are working from home and available as normal to handle enquiries and orders. Contact them on 01224 772777 (option 1) or email@example.com.
The Trade Shop is closed for sales but there is a service to collect pre-ordered goods via the Customer Care team as above. We are not accepting cash or card payments at the Trade Shop. Credit cards payments can be made in advance when placing an order if required. We are also not asking customers to sign for the goods they collect.
We continue to deliver orders where required and our customers have deemed them to be essential. MACS Express is no longer delivering to our regional customers.
More of our suppliers have taken the decision to close their business over the past few days. This is causing minor issues with supply st the moment.
We will continue to give daily updates on the status of our services.
